Though small in size, Finca El Arroyo produces spectacular coffee. In 2016, this coffee led owner Jorge Giraldo Ortiz to rank among the finalists in a national quality competition. Equipped with the excellent terroir of the San Lorenzo region, Jorge uses cherry and parchment sorting during and after harvest combined with meticulous processing practices to consistently produce high quality specialty coffee.
